General Formulations 247 Print-N-Lam™

Concept® 247 is a premium 2.4 mil polymeric gloss clear vinyl film coated with a permanent clear solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# sta-flat liner.
Use in applications where a high quality clear vinyl film requiring flexibility, durability and resistance to sunlight is specified.
This product is recommended for indoor and outdoor use.
These films can be used for fleet and vehicle graphics, architectural signage, commercial-retail signage, point-of-purchase graphics, and decals.

Adhesion	Minimum 40 oz/in. PSTC 101 Method A to stainless steel test panels. Dwell is 24 hours at room temperature.
Expected Life	Up to 7 years. Performance can vary depending on UV exposure.
Humidity Resistance	Excellent
Solvent Resistance	Good to most petroleum oils, greases, and aliphatic solvents such as heptane, kerosene and jet fuel.
Storage Stability	One year shelf life stored at 70° F and 50% relative humidity.
Temperature Ranges	Minimum application temperature +40° F. Service temperature -40° F to +200° F.
Thickness	Film 2.4 mils. Adhesive .8 to 1.2 mils. Liner 6.5 mils. (Thickness variation +/- 10%)
