Summary: Initiate, coordinate and execute
sales support to the Sales Department.
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming
sales calls. Assist sales team with price lists, sales literature, swatch books,
emails and samples. Maintaining and updated the sales database. Make out
bounding sales calls; Including customer follow up and cold calls. Answer and
handle telephone calls in a professional and timely manner. Take accurate
messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. Arrange client
calls and sales meetings. Exercise considerable judgement and discretion in
handling sales related inquiries. Coordinates calendars and schedules
appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of
schedules. Help maintain marketing information, prints, swatch books and
brochures. Manage assembly and distribution of sales packets as part of
follow-up to specific sales calls, either in response to cold calls or at the
direction of the sales representative. Coordinate travel arrangements; complete
expense reports and processes invoices; ensures that correct account codes are
used and required signatures obtained. Demonstrates
a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive
issues. Assists with special projects as assigned. Update/collect content and
information for social platforms Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
